Thank you for shopping with us! All our t-shirts are custom printed on demand, which means your order is created especially for you after you place it. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.

Order Processing Time

Since our t-shirts are print-on-demand, each order is printed fresh after purchase.

• Processing/Dispatch time: 2–3 business days from the date of order (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• Orders placed during sale periods or high-demand days may take slightly longer to process

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 4-5 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2/Tier 3 cities and other locations: 5–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas: May take up to 7–10 business days

Total estimated delivery time (order to doorstep): 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary due to weather, regional disruptions, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, covering most pincodes including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid at checkout via the available payment options.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at support@hyenaclub.in with your order number, and we'll help track it down or coordinate with our courier partner.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Since our products are custom printed on demand, please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within [2days] of delivery at support@hyenaclub.in with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.

• Since each t-shirt is printed specifically for your order, please double-check your size and address details before checkout, as production begins shortly after the order is placed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
