Ordering & Made-to-Order
Q: Are your t-shirts in stock, or made after I order?
A: All our tees are made fresh to order — nothing is mass-produced in advance. This means every print is high quality and made just for you, but it also means a short production time before shipping.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Your order is printed and shipped within 5-6 business days, plus standard delivery time (usually 4–7 days depending on your location). Total: roughly 7–12 days from order to delivery.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Since production starts quickly, we can only accept cancellations or changes within [2 Hours ] of placing your order. Contact us immediately at support@hyenaclub.in if you need to make a change.
Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: All our tees have an oversized, drop-shoulder unisex fit. Check our Size Guide for exact chest/length measurements before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more fitted oversized look, or staying true to size for a fuller drop.
Q: Do your t-shirts shrink after washing?
A: Our 100% cotton, 180 GSM fabric is pre-shrunk, but we recommend washing in cold water and avoiding high heat drying to preserve fit and print quality.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship all over India?
A: Yes, we offer free delivery across India.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: No, as of now we don't offer COD.But we are trying to add in the future.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your order's journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Since items are made to order, [state your actual policy — e.g., exchanges only for size issues, no returns for change of mind, etc.]
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Contact us within 24 Hour at support@hyenaclub.in with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
